Dingli distiller grains dryer can quickly dehydrate and dry the wet distiller grains with a moisture content of about 65% to a dry product with a moisture content of about 10%. It is used to make high-protein feed and realizes the mechanization, automation, and industrialization of the drying of distiller's grains. 


Distiller Grains Dryer is a series of drying products produced by Dingli to meet the needs of users on the market for drying materials such as spent grains, corn distiller grains, buckwheat distiller grains, white distiller grains, and beer spent grains. The equipment applies the drying process independently developed by Dingli. It uses high-temperature hot air for rapid drying, short drying time, small temperature rise, large output, low consumption, excellent structure, and simple operation.</sup>

Working Principle

^{The 60-65% liquor lees screw conveyor is sent to the mixing drum dryer to achieve downstream drying. The materials are continuously picked up and scattered under the copy board and move forward in a spiral manner. The built-in multi-layer copy board structure fully mixes the materials. Disperse and throw, the material and the hot air fully exchange heat, the moisture quickly evaporates and vaporizes, the material that achieves the drying effect quickly travels out of the drum under the action of the hot air, and the wet material that does not achieve the drying effect cannot travel quickly due to its own weight. Drying, which achieves the drying effect, completes the drying process and is discharged by the screw conveyor. A shock cleaning device is installed inside the drum to prevent the material from adhering to the wall of the drum. The gas flow is: the air is pressurized by the hot blast stove blower into the hot blast stove for combustion and heating, and the temperature reaches 600-950 ºC. It is sucked into the dryer by the induced draft fan after the dryer to dry the material and evaporate the moisture. After three layers of heat exchange, the wind temperature The temperature is lowered to 55-60ºC and discharged out of the dryer.
